The Preston England Temple is a Mormon temple located in Chorley, Lancashire. It was completed and dedicated in 1998 and is the largest Mormon Temple in Europe, and only the second Temple in the UK. The building sits in a 15 acre site which is open to the public, however entry to the building is restricted to Church members. The building is clad in white marble imported from Sardinia, which means it makes a good architectural subject for night photography in particular. Parking is available, and there appears to be no restrictions to staying after dark for some photography.

The Temple is in prominent view from the M62 motorway, and is very close to the Chorley turn-off at Junction 8. Simply turn off the motorway at this junction, head west along the A674 for 0.5 miles before doubling back at the first roundabout onto the east carriageway of the A674, then turn off left onto Temple Way.
